Supplies:
Canvas
FrogTape Multi-Surface Painting Tape
Autumn colored paints (stick to 4 colors)
Consider your canvases as a tree as if you were looking upward into one. The tree goes from bigger to slightly smaller. All branches come off the tree and go upward slightly.
Restraint is key to making this project look good. Not to many tree trunk and not too many branches. Only use 4 colors so that your colors don’t get muddled. By restraining the colors of paint you will be helping your budding artist. They will have more success when you help limit the colors.
Once you have the painter’s tape on the canvas use a cut sponge, thick tipped paint brush, or sponge brush to nab on the 4 colors.
When you have covered the whole canvas let the paint start to dry. Before it is totally dry carefully pull off the painters tape.
Leave the canvas to completely dry and you are ready to hang the pictures on the wall.
We used 3 canvases. Three painting can be put together whether placed in a vertical row or side by side. These are fun art pieces that can be used anywhere in your home or as a great gift to grandma!

How beautiful! That is definitely worthy of hanging up on the wall.
We have done a little tape-resist art, but nothing quite this colorful. I love it!
