Hello to all! Are you a homeschooling parent with a child that learns out of the norm? Or is your child moderately/severely disabled? The question I hear time and again is “can I homeschool my special needs child?”
YES! Not only can you but you can thrive. You can tailor and amend your homeschooling to the exact needs of your child. If there are changes needed you can change much faster than the school system can.
You may need to get more outside help than the regular homeschooler. I encourage you to look to other resources than the school system for those needs.
There are many more alternatives for homeschoolers now. Get creative think outside the box!
