Excitement is ringing through the Laurie household. I am working hard on my book. It is taking shape and I am super excited!
I had such a great response from many readers when I sent out a questionaire, right before I had my stroke. I am once again turning to you for assistance with my book. I want this book to be all about special needs homeschooling families. That means it should include a look at many of our wonderful unique families!
I am looking to interview several families from different backgrounds. I would love to talk to:
- single parent family
- military family
- family with a nonverbal child
- family that has needed to pull out of public school under urgent circumstances
- high school student with a learning disability
- of course I leave an open door for out of the box homeschooling that works
- And most definately those wonderful outcome stories on the other side of homeschooling!
