Had a great begining to the month of November. Got a month’s menu planned and shopped for. Things went great for that. Made plans for a simple, yummy stay at home Thanksgiving.
The kids did wonderful homeschooling. We were on a roll. My newest little reader is trying to read everything that comes near her! My son is dedicated to upping his fluency (to match his best friend). Guys are competition driven
It looked like we were going to get a puppy to train for a service dog. Things were going along very well.
Then mid November hit…like a BRICK WALL.
I had to go to the hospital for an outpatient procedure. Unfortunately I did really poorly with it. I ended up in the hospital for a couple of days with it. Then I had a new G/J tube feeding schedule to work out and procedure to recover from.
I am glad I had scheduled time off from the feeding tube change through today. I feel much better today.
While I am having a rough couple of months I would like to leave you with this…
We haven’t lost our sense of humor or fun

I love your sense of humor. I know a lot of friends who have children with feeding tubes, and I think they’ll get a kick out of the picture, too. Thanks for sharing!
